Frequently asked questions.

I see LPC Grace Chapel sessions posted on playtimescheduler.com but why do the say “Invite Only”?

There are two possible reasons that you see a LPC session is shown as "Invite Only":

Wrong Level: One reason is that the session is marked for a player level that is outside of your range. For example if you are a 3.75 player, you will not be able to join a 2.5-2.75 session.

Timing: A second reason is that LPC does not always open a session up to the general membership and public. The Grace chapel open sessions for Winter 2025 are posted first as invite only to last years PASS holders as part of the PASS benefit. The sessions will be open to everyone the week before the month starts.

Will there be a 2025 Outdoor PASS Program?

We are working on how we manage the outdoor sessions come Spring 2025. Stay tuned.

How can we get more Pickleball Courts in Lexington?

Lexington has limited resources in terms of available land. The town works hard to share the available resources across all recreational and other needs. The Lexington Recreation Committee is the key decision maker. Please let them know if you like to have more access to more courts using their contact form.

Which side serves at LPC Courts?

At the indoor courts at Grace, the wall side serves first.
At Adams and Clarke, the fence side serves first.

How do we rotate players on and off courts during open play?

Our most used rotation system is the 4 on 4 off, alternating winner and non winner queues system. We use paddle racks built by our talented board member Steve Parus
