LPC Membership and Participation

People interested in playing and connecting with the pickleball community in Lexington, Massachusetts, ages 18+, may become members of LPC. Currently LPC membership is free and includes access to sessions for open play, workshops, and lessons. Access includes indoor and outdoor courts that LPC contracts to reserve for LPC sessions. Lexington residents are given priority registration for sessions.

Members receive communications via email and TeamReach posts.

Members reserve open play and workshop sessions on PlayTime Scheduler.

  • LPC Membership Step 1

    Complete the LPC membership form

    • Fill out the LPC membership registration form - for Lexington, Massachusetts and nearby residents only.

    • Membership is currently FREE.

    • Completing the form is the way LPC is able to contact members.

    • The form includes a liability waiver that is required for LPC membership.

  • Step 2 - Join PlayTime Scheduler

    Join PlaytimeScheduler.com (there is no app only a website). Make sure you use the same email address as the one for the membership above.

    PlayTime Scheduler is how we invite our members to sign-up for our dedicated open pickleball sessions in town.

    Here you can also find and join pickleball sessions throughout the area.

    Setting Up on PlaytimeScheduler.com

    • It is important to also create an account on the PlaytimeScheduler.com website because individual play time is managed on that website:

    • Go to the PlaytimeScheduler.com website

    • Enter your email address and press "Register"

    • Select USA

    • Select Massachusetts

    • Enter zip code

    • Select Greater Boston

    • Then you get to the New User Registration form

    • Fill in your information (name, contact, level etc) and press Register to setup your account.

    • That’s it, you’re in!

  • Step 3 - Install TeamReach

    Install the TeamReach App on your smart phone and join our “Lexington Pickleball Club” group. Group Code 02421clarke.

    TeamReach is how we communicate with our members (e.g. if it is too rainy, or someone left a bottle, etc.) You can also use the TeamReach app to chat with your fellow LPC members.

    Setting Up on the Team Reach App

    • Download the TeamReach App onto your mobile phone (iPhone or Android)

    • Enter Group Code 02421clarke

    • Select your preferred method of joining (Email, google, facebook etc)

    • Enter your identification information and set your password

    • Please include (and update) your level of play in the AKA spot on your profile

    • That's it, you are in!

    • To see what sessions are available, you can click on the Calendar Icon to see all scheduled events. (<3.5) indicates less advanced play, and (>=3.5) indicates more advanced play
