Indoor Open Play Sessions

LPC will post Indoor Open Play Sessions for a month at a time - 7 days before the end of the previous month. These will show up on PlayTime Scheduler (PTS) as “invite only” sessions for LPC members and may show up by level (e.g. for 3.0 only).

• Members are encouraged to sign up for any sessions that they want to attend during this priority time - the 7 days before the end of the previous months.

• Indoor Open Play sessions for the coming month may become open for non-LPC members if there is space on the last day of the previous month, in the morning.

• Players are encouraged to add their names to the waiting list in case signed up players cannot make the session.

Outdoor Open Play Sessions

LPC will post Outdoor PASS Sessions 7-14 days before the session date. These will show up on PlayTime Scheduler (PTS) as “invite only” sessions for LPC Outdoor PASS holders only, and may show up by level (e.g. for 3.0 only).

• Players are encouraged to add their names to the waiting list in case signed up players cannot make the session.

• To ensure all LPC members have access to these sessions, LPC reserves the right to limit attendance to 2 sessions per week.
