PlayTime Scheduler

  • What is PTS

PlayTime Scheduler (PTS) is a web-based (sorry no app) platform that enables pickleball players to sign up for offered open play sessions. We recommend keeping a PTS tab open or bookmarking this site so you can easily get to it to sign up to play!

  • Create Your Account

Create an account on the PlaytimeScheduler.com website:

    • Go to the PlaytimeScheduler.com website

    • Enter your email address and press "Register"

    • Select USA

    • Select Massachusetts

    • Enter zip code

    • Select Greater Boston

    • Then you get to the New User Registration form

    • Fill in your information (name, contact, level etc) and press “Register” to setup your account.

  • Sign-Up for Sessions

To sign up to play, go to the date you wish to play (using the white arrows in the orange bar at the top and bottom of the screen.

Look for the session you wish to play.

    • Sessions with diagonal marks are only open to players who are registered with that group. This works for Clubs as well as levels/ratings and state “INVITE”.

    • LPC sessions are typically in blue.

    • In the example, the second blue session indicates “INVITE” which means that player’s level doesn’t fit within the level required. (EX. A 3.0 player will see INVITE if the session is only for 3.75 level players.)

    • The small number in the dark mini-circle of each session indicates ho many people are signed up.

    • LPC posts Outdoor PASS sessions 7-14 days before the session.

    • LPC posts Indoor Sessions monthly 7 days before the beginning of the month.

NOTE: this graphic is showing list view. There is also a circle view.

  • Add Your Name or Join Wait List

Once the player selects the session, a list of players registered will show up.

Press the GREEN button to register. Then the session will show a dark outline.

If the session is full you may have the option to press WAIT LIST to be added to the waitlist. If an opening occurs, then you will receive an email notification that you are “in.”

The red arrow in the graphic indicates where you will find court specific details or other messages from the session poster.
